The cascade stomach (CS) is characterized as a changing of the gastric cavity to “hour glass" two chambers formation. disease well presented in gastroenterological and radiological literature. In case failure conservative treatment, surgery indicated. Unfortunately, information operative treatment this condition limited. We present CS successfully treated by creation gastro-jejunal jejuno-jejunal anastomoses.
